Why
is our product better than the typical 360 degree virtual tours
available on the internet?
|
A Walk-U-Thru virtual tour
lives up to the definition of "virtual tour" by allowing the
user to tour a home, business, or city attraction at
their own discretion. When a user clicks on a door (for example)
they are taken to a view from the door's perspective - looking into
(or out of) that room. Other tours are a "virtual
spin" at most.

Navigating |
There are 3 ways to get
around a Walk-U-Thru virtual tour.
1. Clicking on the picture
is the preferred method for getting around because all options are
available to you...go where you want to go...see whatever you want to
see.
2. AutoWalkUThru button
will automatically take you through a prepared path through the
space. At any time you can pause the tour by clicking on the
Pause symbol; go backwards by clicking on the Back button;
advance to the next frame of your tour by clicking on the Next button
(or the AutoWalkUThru button again); or clicking on the picture will
stop the auto tour. You may also adjust the speed of your tour
by clicking the left arrow to go slower or the right arrow to increase
the speed.
3. The "Quick
Links" located on the lower right (if available) will take you to
highlighted areas.

Requirements |
Unlike 360 degree virtual
tours, a Walk-U-Thru virtual tour needs no plug-ins. Our tours
can be displayed by any OS, with no minimum memory requirements or
special setup. ALL OF THE PROGRAMMING IS ON OUR SERVERS TO
ADJUST TO YOUR COMPUTER. (Walk-U-Thru's home page is using more
complex client-side code, but the virtual tours are not)

| Pricing |
Our Vendor
Representatives all have individual rates for shooting the
pictures for the tours and to configure it for hosting.
Suggested Retail Pricing for a 3 bedroom home is $175, but competition
and contract bidding can drive the pricing significantly lower.
Walk-U-Thru charges just $19 per month for hosting a tour. There
are no other hosting avenues.

| Ordering
Process and Turnaround Times |
You must contact a Vendor
Representative to order a Walk-U-Thru virtual tour. They
will arrange an appointment to take photographs of your
space...process the photos and configure the tour. Turnaround
for a virtual tour can be within a few hours, but typically virtual
tour jobs are processed within 2 working days.
